Welcome to SportStreak

Thank you for choosing SportStreak! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SportStreak mobile application and related services. By using SportStreak, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our app.

About SportStreak

SportStreak is a fitness tracking application operated as a solo project. The app allows you to: • Track various types of workouts • Monitor your progress over time • Connect with friends for motivation • Integrate with select fitness services

Acceptable Use

When using SportStreak, you agree to: • Use the app for personal fitness tracking purposes • Provide accurate information when creating your account • Respect other users and maintain a positive community • Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app • Not use the app for any illegal or harmful activities • Not spam or harass other users

Your Account

To use certain features of SportStreak, you may need to create an account: • You're responsible for keeping your account secure • Don't share your login credentials with others • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access • You can delete your account at any time through the app settings • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create a SportStreak account. If you are under 16, you may not use account features or submit personal information through the app.

Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of your workout data and any content you create: • You can delete your account through the app, and you can request access or correction through support • We use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy • You grant us permission to use your data to provide app services • You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide

Community and User Content

Workout names, notes, profiles, and friend activity may be visible to accepted friends. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or impersonating content. Use the in-app report and block controls to flag content or accounts. We may review, hide, rename, or remove content and restrict accounts when needed to protect the community.

XP, Levels, and the Shop

SportStreak awards XP for workouts, achievements, quests, challenges, and completed training plans. XP sets your level and can be spent in the in-app shop: • XP is a virtual in-app point with no monetary value. It cannot be bought with money, sold, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money or anything outside the app • Spending XP unlocks cosmetic items for your account. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them in the app • Spending XP does not lower your level • We may correct XP, levels, or unlocked items that result from errors, bugs, or misuse of the app • We may change how XP is earned and what the shop offers, or end the XP system. If the service ends or you delete your account, XP and unlocked items end without compensation

Third-Party Integrations

SportStreak may integrate with third-party services (like Strava): • These integrations are optional and can be disconnected anytime • Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies • We're not responsible for third-party service issues or data handling • Integration availability may change without notice

App Availability and Updates

We strive to keep SportStreak available and up-to-date: • The app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance • We may update or modify features to improve the experience • Some devices or operating systems may not be supported • We may discontinue certain features with reasonable notice

Disclaimers and Limitations

Please note that: • SportStreak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We're not responsible for any injuries resulting from your workouts • Always consult healthcare professionals before starting new exercise routines • The app's fitness tracking may not be 100% accurate • We're not liable for any data loss, though we try to prevent it

Limitation of Liability

As a solo project providing a free service: • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) • Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time: • We'll notify you of significant changes through the app • Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms • If you don't agree with changes, you can stop using the app • The latest version will always be available in the app

Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement: • You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations • Upon termination, these Terms cease to apply • Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy guidelines

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you use SportStreak as a consumer and live in the EU, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
