Deleting Your SportStreak Account

You can delete your SportStreak account and all associated data at any time — either from inside the app, or by request if you can no longer sign in.

Delete From Inside the App

1. Open SportStreak and go to Settings. 2. Tap "Account Settings". 3. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. 4. Type DELETE to confirm. The deletion runs straight away and signs you out.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: • Your profile (name, email, avatar) • All workout data, streaks, XP, and progress • Friend connections • Notification settings and your Strava connection This cannot be undone.

Timing

Your account and personal data are removed right away. Backups and security logs may remain for a short period where needed for reliability or legal obligations.

Can't Sign In?

If you can no longer access your account, email us at support@sportstreak.app from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you. We may ask a question or two to confirm the account is yours.
